Q: What are your Trading hours of operation?
The CryptOptions platform is open for trading 24x7, however, our OTC trading desk hours of operation are between 9am and 5pm (Irish Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
Q: How do I request an OTC quote?
Firstly, you have to be a verified customer to request an OTC quote. Verified customers can then make this request via live chat with our trading desk, or by emailing your request to tradingdesk@cryptoptions.ie.

Q: What is the minimum deposit to trade on CryptOptions?
The minimum amount to invest in a single trade is €1.00.
Q: What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum withdrawal amount is €30.00.
Q: How long does it take to withdraw funds?
Withdrawal requests are processed within 48hrs.
Q: Do I need any documents to withdraw funds?
Company representative can ask you to send scanned documents, depending on the withdrawal type. All the information will be sent to your e-mail.
Q: How do I deposit Crypto into my CryptOptions wallet?
At present you can only deposit Bitcoin into your CryptOptions account. Once your deposit has been confirmed, you will be able to trade on the CryptOptions platform.
